After 60 days or less you log into your complete online course or membership site and start selling to your clients/customers!
Frequently Asked Questions
Our packages include Keap to manage members, customers, sales and more. As an all in one sales and marketing platform it provides the most robust system for our customers. This system can not only be used for your membership site or online courses but to help you grow your business as well.
The packages include Keap Pro with 2500 contacts, 2 users, a free Keap business line and so many more features. Your first month of Keap is included in your accelerator price then you will be billed $129 monthly for your Keap application.

LearnDash is the WordPress plugin that we use to create the course and lesson structures for the courses in your site. Memberium is the services that connects your Keap account and your LearnDash granting access to your courses to people who purchased and not allowing access to those who have not. We build the systems that help all of these products ‘talk' to each other.
As much as we would love to say all of them, we do have families that would like us to step away from the computer every so often!
We will build up to 3 courses with up to 5 lessons/modules in each for you. These courses can be video, audio, or written content or a mix of all three. We will upload up to 50 pieces of content for your courses (video, text, audio, workbooks, pdfs etc). Additional content or courses can be added for an additional fee.

Of course! You can add as many courses as you want to your site after we create your initial courses. You will get training on how to manage and add more content to your site. Of course, we can add the additional courses for you if you don't want to do it yourself. Just contact us and we will let you know the cost of adding additional courses to your site.
If you chose the WordPress & Memberium packages that are hosted plans then yes you definitely do. You are paying in advance for your site hosting for 1 year as well as all the plug ins needed.
However, at the end of that 12 months you will need to renew your site hosting either through us or by moving to a different hosting company.
If you choose the Customer Hub option then your membership or course site you do not ‘own' the site as CustomerHub is providing you with a space for you to put your content. You will need to pay a monthly fee to them to keep your course/membership site active.
We highly recommend that you own your own domain name. We can definitely help you find one and show you how to purchase it if you do not have one but we do not purchase them for you.
If you do not already have a website in place to use with your own hosting then yes we will provide hosting for your website. Your Course Accelerator covers the cost of your hosting for 12 months. After the initial 12 months you can choose to renew your hosting with us or choose to purchase hosting through another source.
If you chose the CustomerHub option for your course you will not need site hosting as they host the content on their site.
We build our courses to work alongside Keap so that you will have a platform to process your sales through, manage recurring memberships with, market other courses and services with and so much more. The Online Course Accelerator comes with 5 automations built for you in Keap to manage failed payments, help you sell a free trial that converts to a paid membership, a lead magnet marketing funnel, course purchase with upsell and cancellations.
You do NOT have to purchase Keap if you do not want to however, we HIGHLY recommend it as it will take several other tools to do the same work that Keap will do for you to create your online course processes.
Our development time can vary slightly based on how many courses you have and how quickly you have your content ready to go. Our timeline is based on your ability to get us the information needed to set set up. For example, if it takes you a week to get us your domain name or log in information then that will obviously delay the timeline.
If you are timely with your assets and needed information then, yes – we can complete a working online course/membership site to you in 60 days.
Thinkific and Teachable are great platforms for people who are just building a course for a side hustle or maybe a one off course. BUT if you are looking to create a core part of your business around courses and membership sites those platforms are very hard to scale. They also do not allow for customizations that are unique to you and your business. Building your own site for memberships and courses allows you to grow in ways that Thinkific and Teachable can't.
